Crafting memories love to work with couples and families who have unique stories to tell. We want to meet you (along with the family too) to get to know each other through the planning process so that when the big day finally draws in, we want to be your friend who designed and created your beautiful event and not just the hired help. As friends, let’s get together and visualise character, color and creative goals for the wedding ceremony and finally, bring them all to fruition. We truly believe that marriages are made in heaven – with a little help from us.
Clients we love
If this sounds like you, you are in the right place. Let the team of Crafting Memories take the lead to make your destination wedding dreams come true too.
What we do best
We take into consideration the comfort of your family, friends and guests. Since we are located in Goa, we have easy access to various venue and accommodation options. Choose from 5 star hotels for close family, or affordable villas and quaint bungalows for friends. If you are looking for offbeat stay options, we can show you charming cottages by the river or overlooking the beach (Ideal during the peak season).
Once the wedding venue is selected, the next step is discussing design theme and decor components, and creating the blueprint of the layout plan. Here is where we incorporate significant elements of your love journey in the colors, flower arrangements, and design a charming wedding setup. You’ll be a gushing bride, even months later, with all the wedding talk never ending!
Our creative team strives to create a WOW effect throughout the wedding celebration journey, even in the way your guests are invited. Impress them with an unconventional e-invite with graphic effects and animation that incorporates your theme and colors. A complete itinerary of the wedding functions are also highlighted to advice guests of various ceremonies on different days.
Entrall and entertain your wedding guests with fire jugglers, russian dancers, magicians and much more. We also collaborate with some of Goa’s best live bands and DJ’s to raise the tempo of your wedding function. Let us know what mood you wish to set and leave it to us to have your guests enraptured.
We want you to be the radiant bride making a grand entrance into the wedding functions and reception. Get glamorous with some of Goa’s leading bridal makeup artists, mehendi experts and grooming stylists that use high quality products and tools. Your lady guests too, require these services, and needn’t have to worry about finding them in Goa. The men need to look good too, and we take care of their grooming requirements as well.

Love from a happy bride
A wedding planner is truly your best friend when planning your wedding. A planner will hear you out, share unique ideas that support your dream wedding, and finally take charge of it end-to-end so that you don’t need to worry about the small or even big details. Imagine saving your time going back and forth with the wedding card printers, or convincing your new family members about colors, location venue, cake design, flower arrangements…. and the list can go on. It can be quite exhausting, time-consuming, and causes unnecessary tension and stress. Not only your time but what about saving a ton of money in the bank? A wedding planner knows how to get the best deals, negotiate a good price, and is your cost monitor to make sure that you stick to your budget and not go overboard.
The best decision a newly engaged couple could make is to consult with a professional wedding planning service as soon after the engagement as possible. Not to toot our own horn, but we tend to get booked pretty quick, and we highly recommend putting your wedding date in our diary as early as possible. An increasing number of couples are recently considering destination weddings in Goa, and we want to make sure we have the best locations booked for your wedding dates.
Based on your needs, you should identify a wedding planner who can offer you a wide range of services and is flexible to handle as much or as little as you wish them to. We suggest keeping a 5 point checklist in mind before making a choice:
#1 A wedding planner should be able to state instances when they had to attend to unplanned situations, and how they turned them around. You want a planner who can think on their feet and can be resourceful in the nick of time.
#2 Do a little research about the wedding planners online. This may be a done thing, however, make sure that they are trustworthy, and have good reviews from working with other couples. It’s best to look for someone else if your shortlisted wedding planner barely has any online presence.
#3 Meet up with your wedding planner in person, if possible. That’s because you want to to make sure you are working with someone who believes in your vision and can bring it to reality.
#4 Ask great questions. Make sure you don’t ask hypothetical questions, but more in line with actual experiences so that they can relate to a situation that has already taken place.
#5 Read the small print of the contract. Make sure you understand the do’s and dont’s of the wedding planner, and what exactly you are paying for. Every additional service you ask for over and above the contract, is chargeable.
#6 Ensure that your personalities mesh. You need someone you are comfortable to discuss intimate details of your relationship or just someone you can freely approach when you need a friend to talk to.
You can find a friend and a true professional with Crafting Memories’ team. .
Planning a wedding can be quite stressful, especially when the people doing it are vested emotionally. Family and friends want everything to be perfect for you, or what they think is perfect for you; this could lead to potential disagreements and hurt feelings. Even though friends and family members have the best intentions in mind, they deserve to be part of your wedding day celebration and not working on the day. Crafting Memories offers to work for you behind the scenes, and allows everyone you dearly love be part of your special day.
A venue coordinator works for the venue, and they will only be helpful with any concerns relating to the venue. Their job does not include all the other details that go into planning your wedding.
On the other hand, a wedding planner is involved from the very beginning of the planning process. Your wedding planner will handle each detail of your wedding from start to finish – everything from finding a venue and the external vendors to actually being there on your wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly and on schedule. Having a wedding planner reduces the inherent stress of planning a wedding, and we at Crafting Memories make it our endeavour to create a joyous, stress-free wedding experience.
Not a problem at all! Many of our clients are based out of Goa. They are either located in other parts of India or overseas, and meeting often may not be an option. We therefore, make the best use of popular technologies like Whatsapp for voice/text/video communication that is the quickest way to get messages across. We are constantly checking our mobiles (like everyone else!) and will respond ASAP if we have an immediate answer. However, if we need to do some research, allow us a time frame of 24 to 48 hours to come back to you with the appropriate and relevant solution.
